Whether it be dinner parties at the table, buffets for larger gatherings or food delivered, ready to serve. With great food made from fresh, local ingredients, the menu is shaped to your event and the kitchen left exactly as you found it.

About the chef

Dóirín McLoughlin

I'm Dóirín. I created Connemara Cooks over 20 years ago. Since then, cooking for dinner parties or larger groups, whether in their own homes or on self-catering holidays, has become second nature to me.

I trained at the Cordon Bleu and have been cooking ever since, with a soft spot for cuisines from further afield, Asian flavours especially. I love to use fresh produce, locally sourced meat, fish and seafood from the Irish coast. All our stocks are homemade. Nothing comes from a packet or jar.

Cooking for people in their own homes is the part I love most.
